Egg Mend

Why should we be away from such a wonderful egg chicken biryani only if the egg is a little broken?? There must a solution to every problem here on earth.

Siva, a good friend suggested to get a feviquick and he would try to mend it somehow. Feviquick wasn't available at the hand, so needed another alternative. Bingo!! We can try cellotape. After all the manufacturers assure a lot about the adhesiveness. It was the time to test the manufacturers word, our intelligence and the eggs luck.  We cut a strip of cellotape and paste it above the hairline break of the shell. For our safety, we put another strip. The egg is set to boil and we wait for the result. Eureka!! Within a couple of minutes our egg is boiled without any disfigurement. Now its time to cook the biryani. 

I can never compromise my delightful lunch just for a simple hairline break. I am sure I won't have to run for the grocery shop again to get another egg after discovering a simple hairline break on one or two off the eggs.
